I spent 15+ years in strategic and operational leadership at Tripadvisor, where I scaled a content licensing and partnerships business from $10M to $50M+ in five years - working with partners like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Snap.

I’ve led teams, closed deals, and built systems that turn strategy into results.

Now I work with a small number of companies as a fractional partner and consultant, bringing that same enterprise-level thinking to companies at their next inflection point.
